LOS ANGELES The Washington Lottery is considering four agencies in the review for its marketing account, the client confirmed.

Agencies that responded to the request for information last week were Interpublic Group’s Sedgwick Rd.; the incumbent, Publicis Groupe’s Publicis; WPP’s Cole & Weber/Red Cell; and independent WongDoody, all in Seattle, said lottery legal councel Ceil Buddeke. Omnicom’s DDB in Seattle also responded to the request for information but has since withdrawn from the review, confirmed an agency representative, who declined further comment.
