ATLANTA Interpublic Group’s Mullen has topped at least six shops in a review to handle all advertising and marketing for the 2007 launch of Four Seasons Ocean Residences, a cruise ship with permanent dwellings being built through a joint venture between Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Ocean Development Group, the agency said.

The annual budget for marketing the ship is between $3 million and $4 million, said Neal Rubin, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Miami-based ODG.
