LOS ANGELES Pickett Advertising has won a creative and media assignment to promote the Charles Schwab Cup Championship, the agency said.

The San Francisco shop won the business following a review of undisclosed Northern California agencies, said Billy Petersen, executive director for the Charles Schwab Cup Championship.

Billings were undisclosed. Pickett will create radio, TV, print, outdoor and online ads, as well as collateral. The campaign is expected to break in mid to late August, said Pickett president Jack Boland.
