Schultz Helps Keep Louisville Clean

CHICAGO Paul Schultz Advertising positions litter as the anti-fashion in a new campaign breaking this week in its Louisville hometown.

The outdoor effort, financed by the Kentucky city, features black-and-white photographs of attractive men and woman marred by color images of trash on their faces, necks and shoulders. “Litter makes us all look bad. Keep it clean” reads the headline on the boards.

The campaign breaks Thursday and will appear on bus stops, busses and garbage collection trucks operated by the city. The agency has also created a concurrent radio effort. Spending was not disclosed.
