Saunders-Ream Wins

Marlow Industries, a manufacturer of thermoelectric modules, has named Saunders-Ream Marketing Communications Group its agency of record.
The selection came after a review of several agencies, according to Carl Rossini Jr., Marlow’s marketing manager.
Annual billings for the account were not disclosed.
The agency’s first assignments include a business-to-business branding program aimed at the thermoelectric industry. Collateral materials, trade show exhibits, a Web site and multimedia presentations will follow. Trade press advertising will begin next year.
Said Rossini, in a statement: “The depth of Saunders-Ream’s staff experience and their track record of working with high-technology product manufacturers were key factors in our decision.
“They also had demonstrated their ability to perform on some initial projects, which were completed with extremely tight deadlines,” he continued. “We are looking forward to a long and mutually rewarding relationship.”
Dallas-based Marlow makes thermoelectric devices used in a wide range of heating and cooling applications on spacecraft, weapons systems, medical equipment, industrial lasers and consumer products such as portable refrigerators. The privately held company markets its products internationally through branch offices in Tokyo and London, as well as a global distributor organization.
Fred Ream, president of the Dallas-based agency, said the Marlow account win strengthens the agency’s focus on the high-tech sector of business-to-business marketing communications.
