Joseph Nebolsky de Ochoa, formerly an account supervisor on Kellogg, was promoted to vice president and corporate officer in charge of client services and packaged goods accounts. Sanchez Healy has in the last few months picked up ad duties for Maries’ Dressings from Dean Foods and was assigned the Pull-Ups diapers account from Kimberly-Clark, said Daniel Healy, managing partner of the agency.
