The Ryan Partnership has appointed John Givers senior art director. Givers will be working at the agency’s Rogers, Ark., office, which is known as Ryan Retail Zone. Givers joins the shop from Blackwood/Martin/CJRW in Fayetteville, Ark., where he was associate creative director. Prior to that post, Givers worked as a graphic artist at Cooper Communities in Bella Vista, Ark.
