Runyon Saltzman & Einhorn has picked up creative and media duties for Comcast Cable’s Sacramento, Stockton and Fresno, Calif., markets without a review. The moves follow the merger earlier this year of Comcast and AT&T Broadband, for which RS&E, Sacramento, has worked. Billings for the regional accounts were not disclosed.
