Rubin Postaer and Associates has promoted eight longtime staffers to the position of senior vice president and another three to vice president.
Elevated to senior vice president at the Santa Monica, Calif., agency are Gary Paticoff, broadcast production; Joan Egan, management supervisor; Lark Baskerville, director of human resources; Bob Francis, creative director/collateral; and creative directors Joe Baratelli, David Smith, Wendi Knox and Mark Erwin.
At subsidiary RP alpha group, Scott Fox, Bill Panko and Anne Nilsson have each been promoted to vice president, regional account director.
The promotions come as the agency celebrates its 13th anniversary and in the wake of landing ad duties on the $125 million Acura account in July.
