SANTA MONICA, CALIF. – Rubin Postaer & Associates here has formed RP Alpha Group to handle its newly won American Honda Motor Co. regional business. The new division will be headquartered next door to RPA’s current address here, with 60 staffers, including a creative department slated to serve all seven regions. RPA last week confirmed a Nov. 22 report in ADWEEK that Jaci Sisson will join the agency as co-creative director. Jon Yarbrough, who will partner with Sisson, was promoted to co-creative director, and John Upton was named account director.
