NEW YORK WeatherBug, a provider of online weather information services, said it has named Michael Rosen to lead its national advertising sales organization.

Rosen, previously svp of media sales and marketing for Bloomberg, will be based in WeatherBug’s New York office.

While at Bloomberg, Rosen created the first formalized marketing department for Bloomberg Television and Radio, and he oversaw all Bloomberg Internet, radio, print and television ad sales.
