RMG Acquires Pharmacy TV

RMG Networks announced Monday (March 15) the addition of Pharmacy TV to its growing portfolio of video ad networks. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

RMG plans to accelerate the deployment of Pharmacy TV—which is currently installed in an undisclosed number of ShopRite grocery locations in the Northeast—to most of the 200 locations by the end of third quarter.

Keith Bough, the former chief operating officer for Pharmacy TV, will remain with RMG in a managerial role.
