ATLANTA The Republik won a review to produce advertising for a 415-unit residential development in Durham, N.C., that is being built to replace one of the city’s oldest public housing projects, the shop said.
The project in part of a Hope VI program that the federal government is subsidizing nationwide. The Durham project is replacing the 240-unit Few Gardens housing development, which was demolished in 2003.
