ATLANTA-Re/Max is issuing requests for proposal, confirmed David Rea, creative director for the Englewood, Colo.-based real estate company.

Re/Max developed its list of agency prospects in house. “We are not looking for unsolicited proposals,” Rea said. The search will be nationwide.

Re/Max handled advertising in-house until two years ago, when it hired Carton Donofrio. The Baltimore shop has done two campaigns for Re/Max and is in the midst of developing another to break in 2003. It will defend the estimated $30 million account.
