NEW YORK WPP Group’s Red Cell has appointed creative director Steve Henry chairman of HHCL/Red Cell in London, the agency said.

Lee Daley, who had held the title, will continue as co-CEO of the Red Cell network, a duty he shares with Andy Berlin, chairman of Berlin Cameron/Red Cell in New York.

The move will allow Daley, 40, to concentrate more fully on integrating the 60 Red Cell agencies into a more cohesive network. Daley had been chairman since last January when Red Cell announced it was buying HHCL.
