NEW YORK WPP Group’s Red Cell confirmed it has acquired Sra. Rushmore bringing to 57 the total number of agencies in its fledgling worldwide network. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Founded in October 2000 in Madrid, Spain, the shop is headed by president Roberto Lara, ecd Miguel Garcia Vizcaino and creative director Marta Rico.
