BOSTON Seeking to cast itself as “a regional powerhouse in the b-to-b market,” independent RDW Group has acquired Donnelly & Duncan, agency executives said. Terms were not disclosed.

Established in 1987, Donnelly is a 15-person shop in East Providence, R.I., with accounts such as Boston Retail Products, Honeywell-Elmwood, Netco and Sait-Gobain Performance Plastics. The latter is also a client of Providence-based indie RDW.

Donnelly’s staff will relocate to RDW’s offices. Richard Donnelly, sole owner of Donnelly & Duncan, will take the title of senior vice president.
