Jastrem Arrives, Judge Advances In Texas
DALLAS–Rapp Collins Worldwide has expanded the executive roster at its Irving, Texas, office to strengthen that site’s direct response high-tech capabilities.
The Omnicom member agency has filled a newly created chief executive officer position with John Jastrem, a consultant from California, and promoted managing director Steve Judge to a new president’s title at the New York-based network’s largest office.
