Houston’s Frequency Factory vs. Los Angeles Buying Services
DALLAS–A review for the $10-15 million media account of Randall’s Food Markets is pitting two major buying services against a new agency spinoff.
Industry sources last week said that Initiative Media North America and J. Walter Thompson, both in Los Angeles, and The Frequency Factory in Houston are finalists for the media account of Randall’s Food Markets.
Neither Thompson nor Initiative Media returned calls by press time last week. JWT currently handles the media buying account of Safeway Inc.,
