CHICAGO NKH&W has named Jim Radosevic creative director to lead day-to-day operations of its 25-person creative department.

This will be Radosevic’s second stint in the position at the Kansas City, Mo., agency. He was previously creative director of the shop from 1993-95 before leaving to found Altitude Films, a creative services shop in Denver. The position has been vacant since Arlo Oviatt left the post in 1999.

Radosevic will report to Nick Nicholson, who will continue as the shop’s executive creative director, focusing on agency strategic development, long-term advertising strategies for clients and overseeing the creative process.
