NEW YORK – Wieden & Kennedy/Portland, Ore., took the top $100,000 prize at the Radio Mercury Awards here, sponsored by the Radio Creative Fund/Radio Advertising Bureau. W&K’s Bob Moore won the Radio Mercury Gold Award and $100,000 for a Nike radio spot entitled ‘Hubble Telescope.’ Gardner Communications/S.F. took home a $5,000 Mercury Silver Award for ‘Politics,’ a radio ad for the San Francisco Chronicle.
