Design firm Turner Duckworth, known for its work for brands like Coca-Cola, Visa, Miller, Oreo, Google and Samsung, has been acquired by Publicis Groupe.

Turner Duckworth was founded in 1992 and led by joint CEOs and CCOs Bruce Duckworth and David Turner in London and San Francisco, respectively. The company will now be aligned with Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett division.

Turner Duckworth will continue to operate under its own name, however, and will retain its existing management team and structure.
