Publicis Dismisses Midwest Boss

Seth Werner has been removed as president and chief creative officer of Publicis in Mid America, where he oversaw three of the agency’s offices in the Midwest.

Werner said his contract expired at the end of 2001 and was not renewed.

“I was told there wasn’t a role for me anymore,” Werner said, adding that the decision came as a surprise to him.
