Protocol Marketing Restructures Into Divisions

CHICAGO Protocol Marketing Group, one of the largest privately held marketing services agency in the United States, is reorganizing into six specialized divisions.

The realignment at the Deerfield, Ill.-based agency also comes at around the same time the company appointed Dennis Eastham president and chief executive officer. Eastham was chief executive officer of Brann Worldwide.

The reorganized Protocol now operates in six specialized units that can pursue new business with the option to cross-sell services to existing clients, company executives said in a statement today.

The units are: Protocol Direct Marketing, Protocol Data & Production Services, Protocol Research Services, Protocol Lead Management Solutions, Protocol Contact Centers and Protocol Replication & Fulfillment Services.

Protocol also unveiled a new company mission with the tagline, “Make it easy to be a customer.”

Protocol employs more than 4,500 associates in 21 locations across the U.S. and Canada. The company claimed $225 million in revenue last year.
