Tocquigny Advertising, Interactive + Marketing has promoted Kelly Harris from account planning supervisor to account planning director. Harris joined the Austin, Texas-based shop in August 2002. Tocquigny has also promoted Amy Wagner from senior account executive to account supervisor. Prior to joining the shop in November 2002, Wagner worked at SicolaMartin, also in Austin. In addition, Tocquigny has promoted Lea Elaine Green, Jackie Hockaday and James Gardner. Green, previously a program manager, is now senior account executive and editor.
