Peter A. Mayer Advertising has promoted David Crane from account services management supervisor to vice president. Crane, who has been with the New Orleans shop for 17 years, oversees accounts such as the New Orleans Saints, CenturyTel and Delta Queen Steamboat Co. Mayer has also advanced account executive Angelle Bourgeois to account supervisor and Quincy Crawford, public relations and public affairs account executive, to senior public relations account executive.
