The Martin Agency has promoted six members of management. Debbie Andrews has advanced to vice president and print production supervisor. She joined the Richmond, Va., shop in 1994, and was most recently print production supervisor. Mike Boyd, vice president and management supervisor, was hired as an account supervisor in 1998. Susan Foster has been promoted from executive assistant to assistant vice president. She joined the agency’s account management team in 1992. Tyler Franks, formerly director of transportation, has advanced to vice president and director of transportation.
