Jeff Hastings has joined Paramount Pictures Home Entertainment in Los Angeles as vice president of sales planning and forecasting. Hastings most recently served as director of marketing planning and analysis for Warner Home Video.

Suzanne Kolb has risen from svp of marketing at E! Networks in Los Angeles to evp of marketing and communications. Her new duties include overseeing the new broadband channel The Vine@E! Online. Kolb, who joined the network last January, was put in charge of advertising, communications, on-air promotions and design, creative services, strategic partnerships, online promotions and marketing for E!, E!’s Style Network and E! Online.


Mintz & Hoke has hired Lynn Healy as an account executive. Prior to joining the agency in Avon, Healy spent six years with the Westfield Group, a global shopping center developer headquartered in Sydney, Australia, most recently as marketing director for a Connecticut property.


Omnicom Group’s Energy BBDO in Chicago has hired Judy Franks as director of brand behavior, a new position. She was most recently a strategy director at Publicis Groupe’s Starcom.


Via in Portland has hired Jon Blyth as a media supervisor. He will be responsible for agency clients such as TD Banknorth and Assurant. Prior to joining Via, Blyth was a senior media planner at IPG’s Mullen in Wenham, Mass.


Roger Gonzalez has joined Boston-based Modernista! as an account supervisor working on TIAA-CREF. Prior to joining the independent agency, Gonzalez worked on accounts like Bacardi and the Fashion Institute of Design at Margeotes Fertitta Powell in New York.


David Eiben has become an account director at MDC Partners-backed agency Mono in Minneapolis. A veteran of GSD&M and Fallon, Eiben was most recently at Havas’ Arnold working on the Volkswagen account.

Cheil Communications America has announced that Robert Schulman has been named evp and COO, a new position, responsible for managing the company’s business across all offices in North America. Schulman has been with CCA for six years and previously held management positions at Anderson & Lembke, Lois USA, and Hakuhodo. In addition, Robert Horne has been named svp and CMO, also a new position, responsible for strategic development and integration, as well as for expanding CCA’s client base. Horne joined CCA in 2005 as director of strategic planning.

Indie sports production firm Winnercom of Tulsa has advanced four executives in its broadcast production and integrated marketing groups. Mark Regouby has become svp of integrated marketing. Previously vp of integrated marketing, Regouby joined Winnercom in 2001 from Prevue Networks. Joe Lyons has been named vp of broadcast operations. He had managed TV production supply activities. Tim Cremin, a documentary producer, has progressed to vp of the documentary group. Mark Dempsey, previously cable marketing services account director, has been named vp of interactive media.


Kirk Kelley is the new creative director at the commercial animation production facility Laika/house (née Vinton Studios). Kelley joined the Portland-based studio in 1995 and rose to supervising director of its long-running M&M’s campaign.


Philadelphia-based shop SFGT has hired Holly Sullivan to fill the new position of director of production. Her responsibilities extend beyond print and broadcast to include SFGT initiatives in nontraditional media, such as wrapped trucks and golf carts touting Tylenol’s Nascar programs. Previously, Sullivan was production manager at Gillespie in Princeton, N.J.

Cheryl Brink has joined Scripps Networks’ research department in Knoxville as vice president, interactive research and analytics. Brink will lead all aspects of Scripps Networks interactive research in support of the company’s growing interactive media, online and broadband business. Brink comes to Scripps after eight years as vice president of research and market intelligence for CNET.


The J. Brown Agency in Dallas has named Wayne Luciano vice president of strategic planning and insights. Luciano was previously an independent marketing consultant, working with clients Charles Schwab, Bimbo Bakeries USA and Allegretto Ventures.
