She is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.CALIFORNIARobert Solomon was promoted to president of Ascent Media Creative Services in Santa Monica. Solomon will oversee day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning for the Creative Services group, which includes 15 post-production facilities across North America. He previously was executive vice president and chief operating officer.Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles appointed Lynne Harris Bernstein as human interests director. She will supervise organizational development, employee training and development, staffing and communications, among other duties, for the 350-person shop in Torrance. Bernstein formerly was vice president of human resources at Primedia.Sloan Torbert Media, an independent network and syndicated radio-rep firm in Bakersfield, hired Treena Toscano-Lovio as a senior account manager. In addition, Findwhat.com promoted Anne Hrubala to director of agency relations. She has more than 20 years of advertising sales experience and joined the Fort Myers firm in May. Hrubala has worked for companies such as ABC Radio and Clear Channel in Atlanta and 24/7 Media and Interceptor, both in New York.KANSASSara Cameron arrived at Callahan Creek as an account coordinator, assisting in all aspects of project management. Before joining the Lawrence agency, Cameron worked for the media relations office of the University of Kansas' athletics department. In addition, Sarah Etzel rose to financial services director at Callahan Creek. Etzel, who has been with the shop for 18 years, will be responsible for its financial management and benefits.LOUISIANAKeating Magee promoted Martha Boyd from media coordinator to account executive. In addition, Arnold elevated Michael Shonkoff from account supervisor to management supervisor. He works on the agency's flagship Volkswagen of America business. Arnold also promoted Mardie DiCarlo from assistant account executive to account executive.MISSOURIFiona Peel joined Kupper Parker Communications as an account executive in the St. Louis agency's business-to-business group. In that capacity, she will work on industrial accounts Waltrow and Gardner Denver, as well as Anthem Blue Cross. Prior to joining KPC, Peel handled customer events, press conferences and management forums for Xerox Europe in Britain and Switzerland.NEVADAJoe Stella rose to director of account services at Consultants in Marketing in Las Vegas. Martin joins CAF from the agency's office in Edinburgh, Scotland.
