Jason Hill joined Moses Anshell as production designer. He will assist in the layout and production of projects for the Phoenix agency’s clients. Hill formerly worked as a freelancer in Portland, Ore., for clients such as Nike, Adidas and Vibe.


Milner Butcher Media Group in Los Angeles hired Maria Curry as vice president, account director. In her new post, she will focus on business development and account management. Curry previously was managing director of client services at Adlink in Los Angeles. She began her career with International Communications Group, which was purchased by Carat in 1997. In 2001, she was promoted to vice president of Carat in Los Angeles, where she oversaw retail, packaged-goods and quick-service-restaurant accounts.

PIC-TV, which specializes in planning and placing 10-second promotional spots, elevated John Harper from account executive to vice president, sales. He will continue to be based in Los Angeles. Harper joined PIC-TV in 1987 and has been involved in nearly every aspect of the company, including sales, promotions, contracts, game-show prizing and contestant coordination, systems administration and in-studio production.


Chris Robb was tapped for the post of creative director and partner at Push. He will oversee the Orlando agency’s creative production. Robb’s résumé includes stops at shops such as Publicis & Hal Riney in San Francisco, where he worked as senior vice president on the Saturn, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq and Sprint accounts. Robb also was group creative director at Fallon in Minneapolis and senior vice president and creative director at BBDO West in Los Angeles.


Communication Arts appointed Joe Paprocki, creative director at Huey/ Paprocki in Atlanta, a judge for its annual advertising competition. The San Francisco-based publisher issues its Advertising Annual in December. More than 14,000 print ads, posters, and TV and radio scripts are submitted annually. The panel of nine judges, representing agencies worldwide, narrows the field to 250 finalists, which are featured in the publication. More than 70,000 copies of the Advertising Annual are distributed and sold worldwide.


New Orleans-based Zehnder Communications hired Craig Shultz as an account coordinator. Shultz, a recent graduate of Our Lady of the Holy Cross College, most recently was a promotions assistant for New Orleans’ Riverwalk Marketplace.


Tanya Hernandez joined chemistri as vice president and director of production services. The new post is intended to enhance the Troy agency’s internal graphic-design and production capabilities. Previously, Hernandez was director of creative services at a San Francisco agency.


Creative Dynamics, a Las Vegas-based design and interactive studio, promoted Charles Purma to new business manager and copywriter. He will be responsible for managing new-business opportunities, as well as handling copywriting for the studio. He also will assist with marketing and public relations.


Thomas Dean was chosen as president of Imagemark’s newly formed Brand Resources unit in New York. Formerly JH Concepts, Imagemark is a Milwaukee-based marketing company whose clients include Citibank, AOL Time Warner and ABC Sports. Dean has built his career at advertising and integrated-marketing agencies such as DDB Needham, TBWA\Chiat\ Day and IPG’s Frankfurt Balkind, where he was executive director for the past seven years. He has managed the marketing of brands that have included Crystal Light, Ultra Pampers and Absolut Vodka.

MRA appointed Joe Hage vice president of direct marketing. He will develop and manage direct marketing services for the Syracuse-based agency’s clients; these offerings include strategic planning and research for direct mail, e-marketing, Internet behavior-tracking analysis and database marketing. Hage formerly was a management consultant. Before that, he was director of relationship marketing at and a brand manager on Jell-O and Kool-Aid at Kraft Foods. MRA also has offices in Atlanta and Philadelphia.


Kolar Advertising and Marketing installed Vikki Phy as project management director. Prior to joining the Austin-based shop, Phy worked as account service director at Brown+Partners in Dallas. Kolar also hired Nathan Huey as senior copywriter. Huey previously worked at McCann-Erickson Southwest in Austin in the same position. In addition, Kolar welcomed Victoria Manion and Anjleen Gumer as account managers working on Dell, 3M and Metron. Before joining the shop, Manion was a production assistant at Quebecor World Aurora in Ontario, Canada. Gumer previously worked at fd2s in Austin as a creative group coordinator.


Siddall hired Greg Zuercher as account management director. He will assist with the Richmond shop’s account and business-development efforts. Prior to joining Siddall, Zuercher was senior vice president and group management supervisor at The Martin Agency, also in Richmond.


Copacino+Fujikado added Sharlyn Kerr as an account manager. She previously was with Belo Marketing Solutions, where she worked on campaigns for clients such as Pemco Insurance and Bank of America. In her new post at the Seattle agency, she will work on Premera Blue Cross and Applied Discovery/LexisNexis.


Lisa Robbins joined Brady Marketing Group, a full-service business-to- business marketing-communications agency, as public relations director. In her new post, Robbins is responsible for providing strategic public relations counsel to clients, managing the Menomonee Falls agency’s public relations group of consultants and serving as a key member of the new-business-development team. Robbins comes to Brady Marketing Group with more than 15 years of marketing-communications experience. Her background includes work for an array of national and international companies, ranging from the manufacturing, automotive, foundry, plastics and printing industries to high-tech, healthcare, sports and retail-oriented clients. Most recently, Robbins served as vice president of public relations at McGlinchey & Associates, an integrated-marketing agency in Brookfield.

Brad White progressed to senior account executive in the account management department at Stephan & Brady in Madison. White has worked at the agency for two years.
