He will oversee business development and will research program design for the division. Lopez-Varela, Gomez and Barreras comprised the senior-management team at the shop, working with Hill, Holliday on Hispanic advertising for shared clients that include Dunkin' Donuts, MetLife and Sprint PCS.MINNESOTAFallon Worldwide promoted Minneapolis director of production Mark Sitley to director of production, North America. He will be responsible for maintaining broadcast, film and new-media initiatives for Fallon Minneapolis and Fallon New York, and will manage a staff of 90 in seven departments across the two offices. Sitley, 52, joined Fallon in 1999 and has more than 20 years of advertising experience. At Fallon, he has produced campaigns for PBS, United Airlines and BMW, and helped develop BMW Films, the Internet short-film series for BMW of North America. Before Fallon, Sitley was a consultant to New York shops that included J. Walter Thompson, Weiss Whitten (now Brand Architecture) and Ryan Drossman, as well as Dentsu in Tokyo.
