Priceline.com, the name-your-own-price Internet company, replaced its president and chief executive officer Monday as part of a management realignment.

Richard S. Braddock was appointed CEO, replacing Daniel H. Schulman. Braddock previously served as the company’s acting chief executive officer from July 1998 to May 2000. He will continue to serve as chairman of Priceline’s board of directors.

Schulman, who also served as Priceline’s president, joined the company in June 1999 after 18 years at AT&T Corp.,
