French/West/Vaughan has appointed Willis Price vice president and account planning director. At the Raleigh, N.C., shop, Price will assist clients with marketing plans to help expand their businesses. He previously was a marketing consultant in Atlanta. The agency has also hired Adrian Blackwell and Kristin Kelly as account executive and assistant account executive, respectively. Blackwell will support the Brick SouthEast account and serve as the internal marketing coordinator for new business development. She most recently was director of business development at Centurion Construction.
