PowerBilt Golf has named Power Creative its new advertising agency.
Representatives for the incumbent, Doe-Anderson Advertising and Public Relations, said they discussed the account with the client, but were not involved in the formal review. Sources said other shops pitching the business were Stith Atkinson and Abeney Huninghake. All the agencies and the client are located in Louisville, Ky.
Doe-Anderson will continue public relations duties for PowerBilt, which is owned by Hillerich & Bradsby, manufacturer of Louisville Slugger baseball bats.
Sources pegged annual billings at around $500,000.
