U.S. retail sales rose 27% to $7 billion in 2020

Plant-based meat, dairy and even eggs are showing no signs of slowing down. Last year, total U.S. retail sales increased to $7 billion, up 27% compared to 2019, according to a new report from the Good Food Institute (GFI) and the Plant Based Foods Association (PBFA).
