Pile and Co. Recognizes Younger Generation

BOSTON Pile and Co. said it has promoted three key staffers.

Meghan McDonnell, 30, Nadira Vallee, 26, and Katrina Sherry, 28, have been advanced to senior consultant, consultant and communications designer, respectively, from consultant, review coordinator and office manager.

“Their promotions represent a recognition of performance and increased responsibilities as a result of our growth,” said evp and managing director Judy Neer, who along with president and CEO Rick Hooker continue to oversee day-to-day operations at the Boston-based company.

McDonnell will focus on agency selection, while providing general support to Neer. Vallee’s duties include managing the company’s Web site, agencycompile.com, which serves as a resource for clients and a general research repository on the communications business. She will also oversee marketing chores for the firm’s placement arm, the Communications Collaborative. Sherry provides the design leadership on the communications elements for overall corporate activities.

Pile and Co. is currently guiding the agency selection process for TripAdvisor. Other recent reviews include Azek Trimboards, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Buffalo Wild Wings, Delta Faucet and Weight Watchers.
