O’Neal & Prelle added to its healthcare and retail client roster last week when it was named agency of record by pharmacy chain Arrow Corp.
Three Connecticut agencies competed for the seven-figure account, but it was O’Neal & Prelle’s experience that put the Hartford shop in the winner’s circle.
“Healthcare is difficult to learn and understand, and [O’Neal & Prelle] understood all the different components,” said Chip Caney, Arrow’s vice president of marketing and business development.
