Esparza Advertising of Albuquerque, N.M., has hired Cyndi Penn as senior art director. Penn previously held the same title at Albuquerque-based Rick Johnson & Co. She will work on the Santa Ana Star Casino and DR Horton accounts. Penn has also worked as an art director at R&R Partners in Las Vegas.
