Cultivator Advertising & Design has hired Sara Payne as a senior account manager on Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Keystone Resort, New Belgium Brewing and Oxford Spa. She reports to Matt Neren, co-account director at the Denver agency. Payne, 26, was previously an account executive at Thomas Taber & Drazen, Denver, on Einstein Brothers Bagels and Icon Advisers, a mutual fund provider. She has four years of experience in advertising.
