LOS ANGELES–Investment brokerage house Charles Schwab has invited 12 agencies to get-acquainted meetings as it searches for a shop to handle $10 million in advertising for its electronic trading unit.





Agencies welcomed to the meetings include BBDO West, Campbell-Ewald, Dailey & Associates, Grey Advertising and Mendelsohn/Zien, all located in Los Angeles; Winkler and Blazing Paradigm, both in San Francisco; Cliff Freeman and Partners, Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, Lowe & Partners/SMS and Partners & Shevack, all based in New York; plus EvansGroup in Seattle.
