NEW YORK – KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, the world’s oldest airline, selected a new ad agency last week when it tapped Partners & Shevack/N.Y. for its $8-million advertising and integrated communications account. P&S won the account for the 74-year old airline after a pitch which originally involved an estimated 15 agencies and was recently narrowed down to four shops. ‘It was a hard-fought victory but we’re very excited,’ said P&s president/ceo Brett Shevack.
