Panoramic Elevates 2

Panoramic Communications, the parent company of Earle Palmer Brown, has promoted two senior executives.

Jonathan Frattaroli, president of EPB for the past two years, was named chief integration officer of New York-based Panoramic, a newly created position. In this role, he will oversee 15 companies and 700 staffers.

EPB merged this past Jan uary with Los Angeles-based private equity firm The Destination Group to form Panoramic. Among the new entity’s holdings are media buying company RJ Palmer, consulting firms, and direct marketing and Web-design companies.

“We can offer advertising, direct marketing, consulting and Internet solutions in one package to our clients,” Frattaroli said.

His new post requires coordinating the efforts of each Pan oramic unit for the holding company’s major clients, which are primarily Novartis and Citigroup.

“The changes were made so senior management could focus its attention on integrating our top 20 clients,” said Jeb Brown, Panoramic CEO. “It’s a marketing-convergence network.”

Replacing Frattaroli as president is Jack Reed. He was promoted from COO; with the new structure, Reed’s prior post will not be filled.

Reed said his first priority is to hire creatives; he plans to do this throughout the year. He aims to beef up the planning depart ment as well. “I also want to use our resources,” he said. “When we’re in pitches, I want to include key staff from our Philadelphia and Bethesda, [Md.], offices.”

Reed joined EPB last year from Ogilvy & Mather’s London office, where he served as regional director of multinational clients in Europe and the Middle East.
