Three Boston contenders are among the 20-plus finalists vying for the Radio Mercury Awards’ $100,000 grand prize.
Two Cider Jack ads from former Arnold Communications associate creative director Marc Gallucci are in the mix, along with a USTrust spot from Holland Mark Martin Edmund and a Museum of Science ad by Gearon Hoffman.
Gallucci, who left Boston-based Arnold this year to freelance, is no stranger to Mercury. He picked up a silver award last year-and a check for $5,000-for a Cider Jack spot created in conjunction with production company Radio in the Nude in Santa Monica, Calif.
