Enterprise software provider Oracle has shifted its estimated $40-50 million media account to Publicis’ Starcom, sources said last week. Chicago-based Starcom bested the incumbent, Grey Global Group’s MediaCom in San Francisco, and IPG’s Initiative in Los Angeles in a review. Select Resources International in Santa Monica, Calif., oversaw the search. Creative remains in-house, and Grey Direct handles direct.
