The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy has retained Omnicom’s Fleishman Hillard for the PR portion of its anti-drug media initiative following a review, the client said. The PR budget is $6 million, based on the ONDCP’s $145 million overall campaign budget for this year. The contract is for one year with four renewal options. Fleishman, here, has handled PR for the campaign since it began in 1998.
