LOS ANGELES — Omnicom media network OMD has completed the transformation of its U.S. operations into a fully integrated media agency, adding media planning duties to its existing broadcast buying for sister shops DDB Worldwide, BBDO Worldwide and TBWA Worldwide. Under new OMD worldwide ceo Joe Uva, the changes, effective April 1, also add planning and buying for OMD sister shops’ print, out-of-home, direct response and interactive advertising.

All of the personnel involved, a total of 850 around the country, will become OMD employees.
