DETROIT – Following a review of nine ad agencies, Ogilvy & Mather here was selected last week by the American Automobile Manufacturers Association to launch a new motor oil certification mark. The mark, to be supported by a multi-media ad campaign, will designate high quality motor oils that meet AAMA standards. The account is expected to bill between $2 million and $3 million.
