SicolaMartin has named Scott Oliphant senior interactive designer. Oliphant will work on all accounts at the Austin, Texas, agency. For the last three years, he has worked with the shop’s creative team on a contractual basis. Megan Girard and Russell Riley have joined as senior account managers on AMD and Sybase, respectively. Girard most recently was an account director at Stratus Communications in Philadelphia. Riley previously was a market strategist for IBM’s small and medium business division.
