Old Navy Names SVP of Marketing

Gap Inc. has appointed Amy Curtis-McIntyre as senior vice president of marketing for Old Navy.

In her new post, Curtis-McIntyre will oversee Old Navy’s marketing and brand management. She will report to Old Navy president Tom Wyatt. Michael Cape, who left the company in 2008, previously served as Old Navy’s evp of marketing.

The company said it hopes to re-establish itself as a value brand for families. Some upcoming efforts include an update to its “Supermodelquin” campaign, and the remodeling of more than a quarter of its stores by the end of this year.
