Ten Worldwide, created a year ago through the combination of HMS Partners and Resource, is embroiled in lawsuits between its principals, one of whom wants out.

Founding partners David and Rick Milenthal first sued Nancy Kramer, who formerly headed up Resource, accusing her of trying to break up the Co lumbus, Ohio-based holding company and seeking an order to prevent her from undermining the com pany financially. A tem porary re straining order was granted.

Kramer then filed her own lawsuit, seeking to put the company in receivership.
